Deal tayo, I won’t tell your mom if you promise that you will skip meals but you WON’T let it get too far. As in, if you get hungry talaga, YOU EAT. Not, “oh, i’m hungry, i’ll eat 1/10000th of a slice of bread.” EAT AS IN EAT.
Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, you might’ve gained weight cause you got muscles with all that excercise.
Take it slow, you don’t lose weight overnight. It takes time and getting used to. If you want to lose weight then go ahead, I have your back, pero I won’t if you don’t take care of yourself.
AND REMEMBER, IF YOU DON’T EAT, YOUR BOOBS ARE GONNA SHRINK.
